I have been reading this new column and like the questions and answers. So what is YCCA and can you elaborate more on your association?

Frank, Yavapai County Contractors Association (YCCA) has been in existence 50 years (next year). YCCA has a rich history of representing the finest collection of licensed, bonded and insured contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and service providers and businesses from Yavapai County. YCCA is preeminent in the field of contractor associations and we are here to assist the community. YCCA is dedicated to furthering the ever changing construction industry, improving jobsite safety, strengthening dialogue between contractors, owners and government, promoting a better industry for our community and area. Many of our members, as well as the association at large play a key role in the financial well being our community by contributing time, money and other resources and YCCA has the desire to “give back” and we are proud to contribute to the continued growth and value of our community. YCCA is governed by a Board of Directors and Executive Director. These governing bodies are made up of member firms from the local construction and business community.
