Effective, January 1, 2007, every landlord must file a one-call notification with Blue Stake, the property name, property address, contact name, fax number, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number and hours of contact, which must be a minimum of 30 per week. There are additional Landlord requirements under A.R.S. 40-360 and all Landlords should review the entire text of the law.
